Hey! The illustration is really good already! I like the top POV and the composition in general :D I'd recommend creating a stronger separation between your light and shadow values, since there's currently not much distance between the two ranges. Try grouping your shadow values. For example, the fact that the top surfaces of the planters have almost the same value as the illuminated floor breaks up the image a little. To help frame the character more clearly, keep the shadow areas within a more consistent value range. Then, push the contrast between the two groups further by making the shadows darker and cooler. Notice that I used some blue and purple tones in the shadows to make the lighting feel more dynamic, while using warmer yellow tones in the light. Hope this helps! | Artwod Feedback
